EbE Programme
Our EbE Programmes empower organisations by integrating Experts by Experience into regular service visits, feedback processes, and co-productive channels. We tailor our approach to enhance care quality and ensure the voice of lived experience is integral in decision-making and service delivery. Monthly reports allow organisations to track, monitor and action lived experience insights and recommendations.
Strategic Co-Production & Advisory
We work with you to co-design policies, pathways and change programmes that reflect real experiences, and stand up to scrutiny. This is where lived experience becomes part of decision-making, governance and system improvement, not an add-on at the end.
Training and Accreditation Support
Co-delivered training and accreditation support that centres lived experience and meets expected standards set by RRN and BILD. We can review, strengthen and co-deliver content so it is not only compliant, but authentic, psychologically safe, and grounded in what people actually experience in services.
Lived Experience Advisory Boards
A standing advisory board of EbEs who meet with your senior team to test ideas, review themes, and agree action. We create a structured space where lived experience can challenge safely, influence decisions, and support follow-through.
